PH Sales

Technical Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the business within existing accounts and also by new business generation. They should have a good technical understanding and a proven track record in the industry. They will require a full driving license and possess good communication skills and be highly motivated. 

We are offering an excellent salary and benefits package to include company vehicle, private health care, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, expenses & commission (OTE). 

Telesales & Sales Support

The sucessful candiate will be responsible for a range of tasks that include:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
  • Following up on tender submissions using scripts.
  • Lead generation.
  • Appointment making for Sales / Account Management team.
  • Sales Support.

You will be offered training to be able to answer questions about our products and services and the company and to probe to understand customer requirements.

You will need exceptional phone skills, typing experience , be patient, persuasive and persistent and have the ability to thrive in an office environment.

This position offers someone the ability to learn new skills and offers a pathway into Technical Sales or Account Management.

Business Development Manager

You will be required to build & grow profitable client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, their facilities, and the health and safety of their employees and customers.

You will be required drive sales and attain budget goals by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and using networking skills to target sectors of the industry – FM, councils, restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, and nursing homes etc offering tailored programme’s to suit their needs.

You will be responsible for offering advice to ensure compliance with with current industry guidance and legislation.

The mobilisation & management of any contracts secured will be aligned to our “Service Team” who will be responsible for delivering the solutions that you sell.

The succesful candidate will have the opportunity to promote and sell any of the services that we provide.

  • Water Hygiene & Water Treatment – Service & Maintenance
  • Consultancy, Training & Risk Assessments
  • Pre-Commission Cleaning
  • Air Hygiene
  • Commissioning Services – Air & Water
  • Mechanical Installation
  • Equipment Sales (i.e. water softeners, water conditioners, chemical dosing systems, demineralisers, sample coolers, water filters, UV and Reverse Osmosis systems).

Key Requirements

 

  • Excellent written & spoken English to collate sales quotes and proposals
  • Good IT skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Proven track record working in the Industry.
  • Able to demonstrate proven results in business to business commercial sales
  • Excellent organisation / time management skills
  • Proven relationship management and consulting skills
  • Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions
  • Proven negotiation & presentation expertise
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong self-motivation & drive for results

  • Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals
  • Discover sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
  • Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process
  • Keep informed of product / service offerings and industry legislation & guidance.
  • Survey sites and put together bespoke PPM packages
  • You will be required to manage your own diary and appointments (your diary is to be public)
  • You will be required to provide a weekly Sales Tracker detailing meetings attended, prospects and quotations.
