An exciting opportunity for an “Experienced Bid Writer” to join our growing sales team

The ideal candidate must fully understand the bid and tender process. You will be responsible for managing the bid/tender writing process across the business. You will ensure the written responses to tender and proposal opportunities for new and existing business is completed to a professional high level and within client’s deadlines.

You will work closely with the Board of Directors, Commercial and Project Management Teams and execute effective writing of concise and compelling content.

  • Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires,
  • Tender Responses (RFQ/RFP),
  • Soft marketing request and company introduction documents.
  • Ensure tenders are completed and submitted to deadlines
  • Review tender portals and online searches to identify tender opportunities
  • Maintain and help continuous improvement of a comprehensive content library
  • Maintain Bid Schedules
  • Work with the commercial team by establishing pricing models
  • Support Bid/No Bid decisions

Experience and Qualifications:

 

  1. Excellent command of the written English language
  2. Attention to detail with editing and proofing ability
  3. Proven experience with Bid/Proposal writing
  4. A level or degree is desirable
  5. Deadline driven with time management skills
  6. Bid Writing qualification APMP is desirable
  7. 2 years minimum experience required
